Services

SG Interior provides architectural and interior design services, using natural materials when appropriate. Space planning, material selection, conceptual design, and project management are just a few of the services we offer.

Client Responsibilities

Customers are required to give precise information about their needs, preferences, and financial limitations. They are in charge of getting the project's required permissions and approvals.

Payments

In accordance with the negotiated payment plan, clients agree to pay SG Interior. Unless the contract specifies otherwise, payments are due at the time the invoice is received.

Work Scope

SG Interior will specify the work scope in the contract or proposal that it provides. Any modifications or additions to the scope of work require the consent of both parties in writing and may result in additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, SG Interior is the owner of all intellectual property rights pertaining to design concepts, drawings, and other materials created during the project.

Liability

SG Interior makes every effort to guarantee the excellence and security of our designs, but we cannot be held accountable for losses or damages brought on by unanticipated events, outside parties, or client-made design alterations.

Termination

With writing notice, either party may end the agreement. Depending on the work achieved and the project's state, termination costs can be applicable.
